Details

Adds nextcloud-client, chromium, git, vim, claude-code, fish, sops,
the Nextcloud tray service, SOPS_AGE_KEY_FILE, and Proxmox/PBS desktop
shortcuts to wayne's HM config on GUI hosts. Uses lib.mkDefault on the
